'We were lucky enough to have the wonderful Alexis teach our very large corporate group how to make Mozzarella - 65 people, split into small teams.  Alexis was great to communicate with and nothing was too much trouble – everything ran like clockwork.  Alexis is extremely knowledgeable and approachable, she had excellent instructions which was vital for a team of our size to all stay on track and task!  This was the first time we had made mozzarella and I can say that it was an awesome experience and a fantastic team building exercise.  I would highly recommend Alexis from the Curious Cook, we will definitely be utilising her in the future.
