Is there a better way to spend time with friends than over a communal pot of bubbling cheeses and french bread? I think not!
I have created a two and a half hour class whereby you'll get to learn a bit about the history of one of the most famous 70's dishes - the fondue!
During this cooking class, you'll slice and dice up delectable items to create a platter. In small groups you'll then make a pot of traditional Swiss cheese fondue which you will cook and then spend the rest of your time dipping your prepared platter items into. Who can resist?
