You'll make your own round of Camembert and we will make Halloumi, Mozzarella, Ricotta and Cultured Butter in class.

The ultimate class in practical cheese making. Learn all you need to know to replicate making Camembert, Mozzarella, Halloumi and cultured butter.
You will be guided through each step of the cheese making process while making your very own round of Camembert. While the Camembert is ripening and setting (don't worry, all terminology will be explained!), we will make together Mozzarella, Halloumi, whey Ricotta and Cultured butter. And - you'll get samples to take home and show off! (If you can make it last that long.)
All ingredients are provided and you will go home with the recipes and a full set of course notes. You will also receive comprehensive instruction on how to mature your Camembert cheese over the next few weeks.
During the workshop, the following topics will also be covered: Milk and where to source it, hygiene and sanitation, equipment required and the origins of the cheeses you are about to make.
The aim of this class is provide you with enough knowledge to go home and replicate making these cheeses confidently in your own home kitchen.
