Join the Curious Cook for a 90 minute cheese making adventure!
You will work in groups to make ricotta 2 ways, as well asĀ learn how to make cultured butter. You'll try samples of other fresh cheeses such as cottage cheese, quark and whatever else the Curious Cook currently has freshly made for you on the day!
You will work in groups to make ricotta 2 ways, as well asĀ learn how to make cultured butter. You'll try samples of other fresh cheeses such as cottage cheese, quark and whatever else the Curious Cook currently has freshly made for you on the day!
During this 90 minute session, you will work in small groups to make beautiful fresh ricotta - not one but two ways! You will also learn how to make cultured butter as well as try samples of other fresh cheeses such as cottage cheese and quark to name a couple.
The intention of this class is that you will learn about enough about basic cheese making terminology so that you should be able to pick up a cheese making recipe, and be able to understand it!
This workshop includes all ingredients plus hands on tuition. You will make ricotta, which of course you'll then get to devour at the end of the session! You'll also go home with a full set of course notes, including recipes and instructions.
